This Chapter Affiliation Agreement, as supplemented by the policies incorporated herein by reference as set forth in Section 5 below (the "Charter") is made this __20th____ day of April, 2012, by and between the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc., a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation (ISC2), and the ISC2 Phoenix Chapter, a Arizona nonprofit corporation (the "Chapter").
